What we do

We work with people in organisations to become more conscious of their patterns of behaviour. We do this by hosting individuals and groups, enabling them to access their self agency to make more of what they have.

We don’t offer off-the-shelf quick fixes but we do find that by illuminating what is currently going on and is present in a system, can be transformative. This can be through simple lunchtime conversations or over time exploring our personal work 1:1 and in groups - whatever your scope we like to find creative ways to co-evolve new ways of being.

Our approach and way of working

We listen to and engage with clients, seeking to understand what is showing up in their context, in the here-and-now. 

We take a complexity thinking approach under pinned by the principal of Natural Inclusion. This means that we co-create a receptive space for your people to listen to themselves and each other.

Over time we help seed the internal capacity of those we support, to be more resourceful and access their own self-agency everywhere they are.

Our framework

Common across our work and our lives, is our use of the P6 Constellation framework in supporting us in our Presence in Action praxis. This distillation of a lifetime’s learning, comes to us through Dr Louie Gardiner’s PhD our founding practitioner from Potent 6.

This framework enables us to illuminate thinking and behavioural patterns that often are non-consciously manifesting within an individual, group and even entire cultures. We know, from direct experience of working with 100’s of clients, that by becoming more concious of our patterns, we can open up to new possibilites of more in flow in a presentful place. This means going from reactive behaviours to re-sponsibility.

Our Intention

We provide benefit to people of all ages, in diverse cultural, social and professional context. 

Our purpose is to regenerate personal and social learning, relationships and well-being. 

Our vision is of thriving, inclusive, regenerative relationship everywhere.

We do this by resourcing Presence In Action Practitioners - members of the professional body of PIAC - to deliver creative projects to inspire, engage and equip those who often have least access to such personal, social and professional developmental opportunities.

As a social enterprise we also have bursaries to fund ongoing membership, supervision and training.

 

Our Services

Our Member Practitioners come with varied experiences in diverse fields. They are constantly developing their skills at delivering our work, through Supervision, Triad Practice and Community in Practice days. This forms our Presence in Action Learning Ecosystem (PALE) which is a Porfessional Body.

We currently offer 1:1 hosting/coaching; group facilitation; supervision; large scale cultural change programs; tailored workshops with a specific focus e.g. Giving and receiving feedback, Non-Conscious Bias and Presence in Action Programme.

Self-resourcing in Education

Due to growing demands we are now offering PIA supervision and reflective learning groups to those working in education. Please find out more here.
